Pamela Powell

Meet Pamela Powell, a seasoned accountant with over 20 years of experience in the finance industry. Raised in Miami, Pamela developed a discipline for hard work and determination by completing her degree in accounting, while working full time. After completing her education at Florida International University, she dove head first into the world of accounting, gaining valuable experience working in different industries. Over the years, she honed her skills in finance, system integrations, and leadership. With a deep understanding of how culture plays a critical role in any business, Pamela fosters a positive culture focused on performance, customer experience, innovation, and ethical standards.

However, Pamela’s interest extends beyond just crunching numbers. She has a passion for building and creating things from scratch or making them better. She loves putting processes together as well as implementing systems that are unique to each business. She enjoys seeing the end result and takes pride in providing useful solutions to organizations.

But perhaps what truly sets Pamela apart is her deep-seated passion for helping others.
